I recently got hooked on a free, multi-platform FPS by the name of Urban Terror, or UrT. While this game is nothing like CoD: MWF2 or Medal of Honor: Black Ops, it is quite a bit of fun to play. It is free, so I would highly suggest trying it out.
Also, I've been using this natural unscented French green clay deodorant, and I have come to the following conclusion: This shit sucks. I hate it. There are some things that I may decide to go natural on, but deodorant is not one of them.
Just going to throw this out there right away, I hate Black Friday. I didn't leave the house at all today, just to avoid the people. Black Friday has got to be my least favorite day of the year, but I suppose that's just my problem. I don't find it appealing to go to a store and get trampled just to save a few bucks. If I want something that bad, I'll just order it online, and get probably about the same price on it anyways.
I found this rather interesting. Adam Savage from Mythbusters recently made an appearance at #w00tstock in Seattle, and managed to get razor blades onto the plane. And not just your tiny little box-cutter knives. These are full 12 inch long blades for a foam cutter. Here's the video clip. Be forewarned, he does use language some may find offensive.
Anyways, I hope you all had a great Thanksgiving, I know I did. I also found I'm not that great at blackjack. Oh well, no trips to Vegas for me.
Have a very happy Thanksgiving! I plan on updating with some real content tomorrow, but in the meantime, I'm gonna go eat a turkey dinner, and so should you!
However, here's a link to a cool mod for a cheap digital camera that will turn it into a time-lapse MACHINE. No tedious timing needed.
Also, if you have never read Jonathan Swift before, then I strongly suggest you read A Modest ProposalFor Preventing the Children of Poor People in Ireland from Being a Burden to Their Parents or Country, and for Making Them Beneficial to the Public (Or just A Modest Proposal for short).
Hello everyone, this is xtw409, and I am here to share my interests, thoughts, and possibly a little wisdom (who am I kidding). While browsing the internet, I stumble across quite a few interesting tidbits of technology, code, and random information that I like to share. Rather then tell you what I plan on doing, I'm gonna go ahead and start doing it! Here are two things that I received in an email from a friend of mine. One is a video showing a particularly amusing bike lock, the other a website about dream journals. Here you all go!
